Cancellations: In the event the order is cancelled after confirmed, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In the event the order is cancelled within two weeks (14days) of the agreed upon delivery/receipt date, 25% of the down payment will be refunded. In the event the order is cancelled one week prior to the agreed upon delivery/receipt date, 0% of the deposit will be refunded. 

Returns or Buybacks: I do not give buyers the option of returns or buyback credit. However, returns on defective or damaged items will be replaced ONLY when notified 15 days of receipt of goods.
